SPR# FSIZ7DTPZ5 - Notes contains a comment field and a body field. Microsoft Outlook does not contain a corresponding
comment field. The code was not correctly integrating the comment field into the Outlook body field for all notice types. For notice types that do not include body updates, the body can be replaced by the comment field. For others the comment be appended to the body.
